Kmart Miranda

The store manager needs to get his/her act together! The queue at the registers was extremely long, with only 1 staff member serving at the registers and 1 managing the self checkouts. Waited around 20 minutes, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Was told that nobody else could come as they did not have the staff available. Need to have more people on for how big the store is.

This Kmart is well stocked and quite tidy, especially compared to others like Sylvania and Hurstville, however for some reason it has a bad layout with poor signage for each section and the registers are in the centre, I am not sure if this is done intentionally to make people run around in circles looking for what they want and thus causing them to walk through more areas and potentially see more items the may lead to more sales....... I personally will miss the Target that this Kmart has replaced.

The store never answers the phone and once you finally get through they hang up. You call back and it rings a couple of times before it cuts out. How are you meant to check stock in store if you cannot get a hold of anyone???
