I can only testify for the electrical appliances department, as there I make all my relevant purchases. Great variety, very knowledgeable stuff, not pushy and keen to help. Headed by Scott I am at ease they always listen, and if a rare problem occurs, Scott and the crew are eager to solve the issue no matter what. Simon

This is quite a big store and i have to say the staff are very helpful and friendly. In a complex near BCF was handy.
