Shell Coles Express Kooragang Island

I find the majority of staff pleasant & Professional, except one staff member. An older thin man that manly works nights. I won’t reveal his name but any one that has been served by him will understand. “So rude”, zero customer service, just seems to hate being their. Otherwise place is clean & tidy. Fuel is always on the higher side.

The worker on at Coles Express Kooragang was extremely disrespectful and rude and absolutely ruined the experience which was otherwise amazing. The way she spoke to me was completely out of line and should not be tolerated in the workplace! Even after I respectfully answered her in an attempt to end the conversation she continued and got even more rude!
