Tried to purchase fuel with a fleet card. The operator did not know how to work the POS machine so made me wait while she served over 10 customers that had queued up. Took half an hour out of my day for $30 worth of fuel. It's not the first time I've had these issues at a United Service Station. They must be united in incompetence. Will be avoiding them like the plague from now.

Early on a Monday public holiday and there's no hand wash, toilet paper or paper towels...not to mention only one of two toilets working. Even worse is the shared sanitary bin outside the cubicle! Eww.

Will never buy fuel here again. Car was misfiring for weeks until I had finally burnt off and diluted (with good petrol) that terrible fuel. Could have ruined my engine!

BEWARE OF DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE. On the 5th May, 2020 I stopped for fuel from the United Marrangaroo on the Great Western Highway just outside of Penrith. My vehicle made it as far as the entrance when it conked out. I called the NRMA who told me that there was water in the fuel I just purchased. The NRMA had to arrange tow trucks for 4 vehicles that broke down for the same reason the day before (me being the 5th). The servo owners had been told several times that there was water in the fuel but kept selling it anyway. Another woman who filled up from the same bower just after me also broke down and had to be towed.nWe were given a form to fill in to submit our claim, as we needed a mechanic to drain the fuel tank and repair damage done to the car. I submitted my claim on the 11th May and I have called head office several times since in an effort to get my claim paid. Nobody will answer my calls, return my messages or give me a truthful explanation as to why my claim hasn't been paid and I haven't got a claim number. The other woman who broke down is having the same experience with her claim.nDo not buy fuel from this station and if you are one of the other vehicles whose car was damaged, contact Fair Trading sooner rather than later because United will do anything to get out of paying the claim and ignore you for months on end.
