Visited Coffs Harbour Harvey Norman the goal being to purchase 6 outdoor chairs and two bedside tables All cashed up and knowing what I wanted. Again I must blame myself for this as I continue to go there .... two staff members chatted with each other a metre from me another walked past and our shoulders touched but he was texting on his phone .... another member walked past he seemed to be walking with purpose but he must of been to busy to acknowledge me A simple good morning would have been nice the link between what pays wages and the business bottom line and sales seems to be lost o. For many years we have chosen to travel an extra 150km to shop at your store rather than our local. We have bought many products Aubury is a great guy but so are so many of the other staff. The only downer is no communication over a faulty product we returned to you and still waiting for a call about $1100 refund on the product. I am sure we will hear soon. Thanks for the great service and range.

Friendly staff, good service and a good price on some memory cards that I needed.. 128gb for $28, couldn't complain at that.

Always get a good deal with great after sales service. There is a few other businesses in Coffs that could learn a lot from this place.

I had bought a dishwasher 2.5 years ago from the Coffs Harbour store and it stopped working under warranty. The company failed to remedy the situation after a month, so I rang the store to tell them I was unhappy. Trent organised a brand new dishwasher to be delivered the next day and the faulty one removed. I wish I had phoned him first. Excellent service!
