BIG W

They always tell my kids that the W in big W stands for Waste. Many of the products break shortly after buying them. Good aspects are that they have a good plant nursey section, and electronics.

Sadly every time I go to the service desk I am met with poor customer service by ladies whom never smile and are far from friendly.nToday I watched a new mum before me have the same poor service that I then received after her.nI never leave reviews and I am one to shy away from sharing my bad experiences, but this has happened so many times at Big W park beach over years now.nI just hate bad customer service.nnEvery customer should be treated with a smile and kindness.nnOther staff seem great, it just appears to be the service desk older ladies.nnHopefully they can get a little more customer service training.

Long over due for a renovation. Ovehead sigbs really help

Looking for bike mirrors at Big W. Couldn't find any....however....we did not leave empty handed. Loved the specials.

Large department store with a decent sized garden area. Good range.
