Had to buy a new washing machine, looked on the website, found what I wanted, sale over phone, picked up next day. Great service and the price was right.

You want a quiet shopping experience? Like abnormally quiet? Then look no further than this wonderfully awful location. Guaranteed that upon entry regardless of what you intend on buying, from a USB stick to a TV, you will be totally ignored and can walk about the whole store freely without the hassle of a pesky salesman.nnBetter yet, if you do decide to buy something, the staff member will be most uninterested in serving you, as they really, really need to count amount of spots on the floor and heaven help you, if that computer over there isn’t aligned with the desk to their liking.nnSeriously though, Big W makes these guys look like immature high school students. Half baked store, hasn’t changed in a very long time, spend the $15 on fuel and drive to Coffs Harbour’s store, they’re actually worth the money.
