Harvey Norman - Head Office

Harvey norman has always been my go to, from all the furniture in the house to white goods and electrical we have always been loyal customers... however keeping tax payer money that they should give back while small business suffers has shown me the ethics of this company and I will no longer step foot in a Harvey Norman store. It’s not ok to essentially steal tax payers money.

Terrible after sales service. Purchased a couch, which has been faulty twice. both electrical issues. They are happy to take your money but have a problem and no one returns your calls. Take your business elsewhere

Absolutely shocking service. The Manager of the Alexandria store blatantly lied to me. Rang customer service and still waiting for a call back.

We are not very happy with the service from Harvey Norman Grafton. Recently went in purchase a new oven, chose the one, paid a deposit & was told it would be here at the end of the month. Three weeks later I rang the store to find out about it & was told it was in the store the staff were waiting for us to make the final payment to which my reply was, How could I do that if we were not informed the stove was there? Paid the rest of the money only to receive a call later that day telling us the stove was still in transit & would not reach here until the end of this month. The first transaction took place on the 7/10/20.

Our online experience has been terrible and also unlawful. Its been a case of take your money and then tell you all the issues and what they cannot do and ALSO that you cannot back out of the sale.
