Would rate no stars if i could. Did Click and Collect on Saturday. Order showing still processing 2 days later when I tracked my order. Called to enquire about My order and was advised after being on hold for 12 minutes that there is NO stock available. Thats funny because the stock was available when I placed the order, otherwise I would not have been able to select the Click and Collect Ryde Big W option. No one called to say that they looked, and that they no longer have stock available, and that as a result they have to cancel order. If I had not called today I would still be waiting who knows how long for the order, or even a refund.... No alternatives offered by Big W. My order was a gift, and I have now lost 2 days where i could have purchased elsewhere. Also no one answers the phone at the service desk. Appalling customer service! Do not recommend click and Collect at Ryde Big W!!

Good experience here. Nice store, tidy, great range of products. Would come again. Staff were very helpful too.
