We are member of Shell for 20 years and used to take our coffee every day from Coles Express for years.nFew days ago my husband and I went to this Coles Express in Drummoyne. A man with grey hair his name is Peter and he is a store manager, were there to serve customers. He just ran to the coffee machine as soon as he saw my husband and put a OUT OF ORDER sign on it however the coffee machine was working properly and we saw that he was serving other customers just in front of us. My husband took 2 coffees from the machine while the man was shouting that he does not want to serve my husband. It was happened before and the man used to tell my husband that he does not want to serve us earlier with no proper reason and we already reported his discriminate behavior to Coles Express customer service and they said they will act on it.nAs soon as my husband started to record a video of the Peter's discriminate behavior with his mobile, the man ran to the coffee machine and removed the OUT OF ORDER sign and hide it.nIt is a discrimination which we immediately reported to Coles Express customer service by phone again. We even told Coles Express customer service about his exact name and customer service told us they will follow up with regional manager. However, one of those staff told us that Peter, is himself a manager of numbers of Coles Express shops in Drummoyne area and that is why even customer service did not do anything.nWe got so upset and disappointed and decided to cancel our membership after 20years.
