Best 7-Eleven in the WestnnI moved further away from this area and the main thing I miss is my 7-Eleven runs, which was only a quick walk away. I don't miss it because of the short distance walk but I miss it because the service here was great, all the staff were friendly especially Batu (sorry if I butchered the spelling on that mate haha). I loved popping in here to grab a drink (maybe something to eat) and then having a quick chat. It would be an instant mood booster seeing one of the guys I got along with.nnFor the great service I received over the years I felt obligated to leave a review and let you and the people know how good your servo is.nnFor what the store itself offers they have all the usual stuff a servo does and a bit more than others.nnThey have an ATM and a separate Money Transfer machine if you need to receive or send money both domestic and internationally.nnThey also have ParcelMate which is a service by 7-Eleven if you want to send a parcel, either store-to-store (best value) or to someone directly within Australia.nnYou can top up your Opal card which is extremely convenient due to the bus stop in front of the store.nnPhone cables for Android and iPhone are sold behind the counter, they also have portable powerbanks for sale.nnThey have a variety of of snacks (chips, chocolates, donuts and candy/lollies). There's a display oven with hot food including pies, sausage rolls, pizza slices, microwavable meals and there's a microwave available to cook/heat, speaking of hot stuff they also sell noodles. Coffee machine with different cup size options, same with Slushees if you need something cooler. Lots of ice cream, you can get tubs in a separate fridge if the bar isn't enough. A large selection of drinks including milk. Breakfast stuff to take home and cook like eggs, bacon and bread. They have bananas and banana bread (which is the best I've ever had) and they also have different flavour breads and cupcakes also available.nnThe medical items and cat food (dog food available too) came in handy multiple times. They also have some car items as well which I never really looked at too much but they stock maintence (liquids), air fresheners and basic accessories.nnThey also adapt to current needs and stock popular items, it was helpful during the height of the recent pandemic being able to buy toilet paper, hand sanitiser and masks.nnObviously got all basic servo stuff on the outside like fuel pumps, basic car cleaning items, air pump, gas bottles and ice bags.nnThanks for great service and keep up the good work!

Extremely rude staff, bought a car wash package then try to use it within 28days as the rules and regulation. Went there twice and its not working. Then went to the counter and tell the staff the staff denied it and said the car wash is working every single day. The staff is lying and not doing anything about it. All I want is to be treated fairly as a consumer. Totally disgusted by this. Will not come back to this anymore. Im talking about you Mr, who is working in the counter on 19/11/2020 @ 1530hrs. Whoever came to the store if you see that the car wash was blocked you know what i mean.

Staff are disgustingly rude and store is rarely ever stocked. This is the laziest/ worst run 711 I've ever seen.

Fuel pumps need calibrationn$1.75 per litre is not equal to $20- for 10 litres when the pump reads 11.32 litresnAnd the pump dispensed 12 litres for $20- before me.nIv mentioned it to them numerous times.nI keep getting the same oldnI don't know sir.nnCalibrate Your Pumps and stop ripping people off for petrol.
