Awful every time. Employees (I think they are owners) treat you like homeless if you go only to buy $1 coffee. Employee asked me why my change is not ready rudely when I was at cash register. This is the first time I am writing google review in 35 years because customer service at this store requires recognition.

They indian guy on counter is very rude. They don't know anything about service how to deal with customers. Both guys was sitting on chair and talking in there own language while serving me with very rude behavior

I was in yesterday and today, both days had people inside not wearing masks. I asked the employee yesterday why he wasn't enforcing the mask use in the shop and he just shrugged. Poor form

My friend goes to a school directly across the road from this store and she is utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the staff at this 7-eleven. She has many bad encounters with this one lady who used to work there at the time of the school ending, she used to always shout and scream at her when she was waiting in line perfectly. She also had another encounter one of the first times she went to this store where she was with her sister and was walking into the store, there was a 7-eleven staff standing at the door and alledgedly pushed her out of the way and said she couldn't go in. This is unacceptable and young girls should not be treated like this because there are angry underpaid staff having a bad day! I expect better service in the future and sadly can not just go to another store next time. From Karen

Poor staff, some staff are rude, one staff tried to over charge me, staff unable to manage situations, staff allow students from Quakers Hill High school to steal, always busy as hell, understaffed, hard to drive around on school times, plenty of parking though and staff at Quakers hill high school are trying to solve problems no thanks to 711
