Excellent service. Peta was helpful from start to finish. The rest of the staff were just as nice and available if needed. A little store but big on service!

My 15 year old son ordered a computer from Steve who works there at the start of February, and was told at the time he gave them a deposit that there would be a bit of a wait to get it. Two months later he has not heard a thing from them, and after calling them to find out the progress was informed that they are still trying to get him one. Another week later he called again asking for an update only to be told that they would have to get the computer from another store and it will cost him an additional $50! I went into the store today to speak to Steve and find out what's going on only to get everything blamed on covid. I myself am in a customer service role, and I can tell you now Steve wouldn't even know what the words meant! Spoke to Jonno the manager there that day who was calm and explained our options to me and advised that he will be better off getting a refund and buying it online as he will get it quicker which we have done. Thank you to him for explaining everything, but this should have been done by Steve months ago! Steve should be out the back stacking boxes because that's about all he is good for! Extremely poor customer service and taking advantage of a 15 year old kid!

Pathetic customer service. Twice now there has been a big error on their end with a click and collect order. First time my partner ordered and paid for a game that was signed and collected by someone else so it wasn't there when he went to collect it. They said they should have checked the persons ID and apologised. Yea, you should have.. That is your job. Then a laptop gets ordered for click and collect. For some reason they post the laptop to Yass even though it was not supposed to be shipped. Then they say that they have redirected the item back to the store and for us to receive the laptop that was ordered we have to pay for a second laptop and will only issue a refund on the item i was supposed to collect yesterday once they receive it back! Which will take up to 2 weeks! Not our fault they screwed up so why should we have to be out of pocket over a thousand dollars for a couple of weeks to be able to receive the item that was paid for already and was supposed to be picked up, thats the whole idea of CLICK AND COLLECT! We should not have to pay for a second laptop when we haven't and won't receive the first one that was shipped by error of the store. Also the 'manager' has been horrible to deal with as it was her screw up. She has been sarcastic at times and unapologetic. Also, when you tell someone you will call them back shortly, actually call them back SHORTLY! We waited only for them to not call back on the same day. The store wasn't due to close for over an hour at that point so the excuse we were given of 'it is policy not to call after hours' is a load of sh*t, you had plenty of time before close of business. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Great customer service and Chris and Aaron very cheerfully delivered the new fridge as well as taking away the old one despite the challenging steps involved. Many thanks!
