Fabulous and unique range of goods, so much to see. But what astonished me the most was the professionalism and high quality service I received. The nice gentleman working at the Barangaroo store on Tuesday was very patient and calm as he checked stock and went out of his way to assist me. Needless to say, I felt highly valued as a customer - if this is the level of service I can expect at a Peters store, especially this one, I will most certainly be decorating my home with their goods more often!

Excellent customer service. I just want give praise to one of the lady served me today (didnt catch her name), she just went above and beyond. I ordered online pickup from the Barangaroo store and ready to be picked the following day (very glad with how fast their service is). During the collection, the lady staff thoroughly check each of every glass to ensure no chip during the shipment (thumbs up) and also provided me with the carry back without being asked. It wasnt just about the service but because she acted during the busy period and treated the customer with appreciation. Thanks again.

Entered the store at 10:10am, 2 staff and 2 customers. One staff serving one customer with a big order, very nice, and seems to be going through and confirming the order with the customer, so I waited in line.nnThere was another staff behind the counter, seems oblivious to my existence, looking out the window and rolling up his sleeves. 5min later, the busy staff asked if it would be possible for him to service me as I'm waiting to pick up my online order. All of a sudden he notices my existence, and slowly and calmly ask what he can help me with.nnIf only this staff member was clued in as the other, I might give a higher star rating.nnProduct was good though and a competitive price, hence my online order.

Everyone says buy Australian , but an Australian owned company won't take an order in store. if I wanted to shop online, I'd go to Amazon who is quicker and cheaper.

One of the best stores around. Great selection of all sorts of amazing things at fantastic prices and a visit to there store is a must do if you like homewares.
