The store feels basic. Not enjoyable, I’d rather walk down to Pitt St

Just make a refund online shop from david jones barangaroo ...i love their service... very kindfully ❤ finally i get my size exchange ...thank you so mucu

(Review for the Barangaroo store):nnWe were after a particular product gift pack and were told on the phone that there were multiple items in stock at the Barangaroo store. We headed to the store only to be told that there was an error in the system and they didn't have any. In order not to inconvenience us the Concierge lady (Emma) and her manager offered to package individual items into a box to make an equivalent set, gift wrap it and match the price of the gift pack. They turned a problem into a great experience. 2 stars for the stock system but 7 stars for the service.

Went in about 5 minutes to close, I am unsure of the woman's name, but she gave excellent customer service.nNot only was she happy to help so near to closing, she took the time to make sure my new shoes were to my liking and appropriate to my feet.nI was very happy with the level of service and look forward to furture shopping.
