Harrolds Westfield

Was looking for a pair of shoes today and I was followed around (stalked) by the creepy sales assistant, I'm not a criminal so allow me to shop in peace! awful experience

Item that I’ve ordered on their website was in stock at the time of purchase and I’ve paid for it opting also for express shipping that is 1-3 days for metro areas. Two days later I sent an email to customer service to ask what is happening with my order as I needed it fast ( when they have option for express shipping they should provide) and I was informed that my order is being processed. Later that day my order was cancelled. Very bad experience and I will never again order anything from them.

I'm currently having an issue with a faulty item that is yet to be rectified. First I was told they couldn't help me because the item was incorrectly laundered, when it hadn't even been laundered. Now I have been told that the colour transfer issue is not a fault, just a dirty garment. Still awaiting a resolution.

I have the exact experience as the review below. I bought something two weeks ago online with express shipping (for orders over $300) and nothing has happened. I received an email confirming the sale - and of course the money debited. But no shipping information and no response to emails asking for a follow up. Terrible customer service and logistics system.

I've been into Harrolds many times, usually i'm use to the not so great service but I always like to have a browse. I was doing my usual browse one Monday when I started talking to the floor manager Marianna, she greeted me and offered me the option of tea, coffee or water. It was the first time I had ever been offered a drink in Harrolds so I couldn't process it quickly enough to say yes! Marianna helped me the whole way through to the counter to purchase, I was even offered champagne while waiting for my purchase to be wrapped, It was the first time I had ever left that store pleased and actually happy with my service, I can only credit Marianna on her amazing customer service skills, without her I probably wouldn't have had such a wonderful experience.
