Ignoring customers is never okay. A vending machine provides better service, it may not provide a good service but it’s not rude.

I sometimes walk past this store and buy my Optus recharge credit and a can of red bull. good service and nice team. keep up the great work.

Nice customer service all team perfect

Man behind the register carried on the loudest phone conversation possible before, during and after snatching the items from my hand to scan and charge. Couldn't even be bothered with eye contact. I've always viewed Ezymart as an overpriced last resort and will never be returning to this one.

From all the comments I can deduct they probably changed the staff, because the assistant was extremely helpful and kind, smiling from ear to ear! Will be back
