They are selling fake and illegal products such as counterfeit lego, pokemon cards, and more. They could be sued millions of dollars for selling these. Also, horrible customer service.

Friendly enough but disappointingly, I have noticed three times that they illegally round up (not a surcharge) on electronic transactions and charge more to your card than the ticket or receipt price, even after the laws were discussed with them. Won't be shopping there any more.
