Honestly the worst experience ever.nnWorkers were wandering around aimlessly which didn't make much sense since the store was full of customers.nnWas shopping around and saw a customer spit on the floor!! Could not believe my eyes and was utterly disgusted.nnSecurity guard requires a receipt to be presented among exiting the store. There are no signs on self checkouts indicating that receipts are needed to be allowed to exit the actual store. Not only is this an inconvenience to customers; I don't see how it would deter theft from occurring since the receipt is merely skimmed through. If your store so confidently has no problem wasting your customer's time, at least do it properly.nnMaybe if your staff didn't wander around like headless chooks it would actually be possible to implement an efficient and effective theft prevention strategy. And maybe they would be around to reprimand people for literally spitting on the FLOOR in a department store.nnEasily the worst shopping experience I have ever endured.nnWill never ever come back.

Like all K-Marts they carry less variety of stock as time goes by. They should go back to the model they used in the 1980's

Visited Kmart Casula and needed assistance in finding a shirt, bonnie was very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. She was an excellent help and demonstrated great customer service skills. Don't let her leave!

Parking within the mall with ease... Went in to buy Blankets, Pillows & Socks for the homeless... Found Kmart to be the cheapest around that money can buy... Staff were extremely helpful and stock was full... Walked away with 2 trolley loads of stuff...
