Met the rudest staff member ever on Coles Express. I was getting late for my shift and waited for 5mins at the counter where this staff member was busy stirring his coffee (probably slower than a sloth). Upon asking him for the payment, he got aggressive and asked me to wait further. I simply walked off. This shows nothing but disrespect towards a customers time.nnIf there is anyone from the management reading this (which I doubt), please know that you'll lose customers due to such unskilled and disrespectful staff members who don't even know how to respond to a customer.nnFor the management reference, staff member was short, dark toned, with receding hairline and a beard. Probably from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh. It was between 9:45pm to 10:00pm on Friday, June 11, 2021.
