7-Eleven Castle Hill

I had the worst experience tonight waiting patiently for the shop attended to press the button so I can fill up! ud83eudd2c I had to knock on the window to get he's attention for him to activate the pump & even when pressed the button inside to activate the pump, still didn't happen. I ended back down at baulkham hills shell to fill up, when I live in glenhaven. Worst experience I ever had at 7 eleven in castle Hill. Even though I past through this service station daily. I will never be coming by this place ever again. I'd rather drive the extra mile to the next service station to get better service.

Ordered Krispy Kreme donuts 4-5 days before for my sons class and I went to pick them up and they didn’t have them ready for me nor did they call me. So disappointing!!!! The guy at the register said he was taking care of it and needed 48 hours notice which I did do. Absolutely HOPELESS!!!!!!! Never filling up here again or giving them my service of any kind. Not to mention petrol price is way too high here.

Cheap fuel. Also they have two entrances which makes it very accessible. Many petrol Bowser's so you don't have to wait too long to fill up. Offers most fuels you would need which is great. Customer service is great too!

Worse team members and not friendly

I can’t believe I would rate a 7/11 and put a one star on it. Worst experience ever.
