I received racism about English pronunciation from staff there at 12:00pm on 02 May 2021. If the Coles manager is watching, please training for it the staff at that time.

The gentleman that is often behind the counter is so friendly. Each evening I go in, he asks me how my day has been and seems genuinely interested. He’s always making sure I get the most discounts too (Coles vouchers, Fly Buys etc) and tonight even replaced an expired car wash voucher free of charge. Mate, keep up the great work. You’re a legend.

Bought a 2x deal car wash ticket, used the first one, came back in 15 days to use the 2nd one and the code did not work. Staff refuse to replace saying I need a physical copy and I have already used the code. After calling head office they caved in and decided to give me a replacement ticket but this took about 20 minutes of my time which defeats the purpose of the car wash being quick.nnI used to come here all the time but now they have lost a repeat customer.
