The toilet was absolutely disgusting. It would be great if the staff could clean these toilets.

I stopped to use the toilet for myself and my mum in very heavy rain. While returning a key, a guy probably in his early 60s commented that you were using toilet for a while. I said I was not alone to use the toilet, even though he was arguing. Such a poor service. Public toilet is for Public and commenting that used for while is such an unacceptable. He should be tough some manners how to talk to a lady. I would never stop hear for any service.

It was 46 degrees outside on 4/1/20 and I asked if I could fill up my water bottle with tap water. I was refused and was told to buy water. He said there was no tap water on the premises. I managed to get hold of the toilet key and filled up at the basin. Shocking and illegal service. Will never stop here again for fuel.
