Pressed the door bell only to be ignored...waited... then pressed again when the lazy sod finally decided to huff and puff and open the door and state that i “only need to press it once thanks” in the most condescending way possible. Maybe employ some staff with some sort of customer service skills instead of the slob i was served by.nnp.s left and didn’t buy anything because he was such a d**k.

I just went there and there was a really helpful staff member called Ellie I'm a teenage hot wheels collector and they went to the extra mile checking the back for the cars even though they didn't have them they after they check the computers they came out and said that they ordered them I found the experience very helpful and I'll definitely be going back
