Kmart Waratah

The best advantage for this Kmart are the long opening hours and very adjacent parking. Around Xmas they put up Christmas lights and the shopping centre has shown a real commitment to being eco friendly by installing wind generators.

Tried to return a printer that isn't compatible with current operating systems. Wasn't told by the staff when I bought it and when I tried to return it, manager Alice told two different to tell me it's against store policy, instead of taking the time out of her day on a slow Sunday arvo. Pretty embarrassing customer service Alice. Cheers mate, hope you can get better.

Nice staff. Clean floor, tidy, stocked shelves. Easy and quick shopping experience.

It's a Kmart, it's Waratah shopping village. Most people know what they're in for. Do yourself a favour and simply park further away from the store to avoid getting caught up in the traffic jams. The store is just another Kmart store - but open 24hrs. Handy indeed. Nothing setting it apart from other stores. The cashiers being in the middle of the store together with the layout, can make for quite a congested and disorganised flow of foot traffic.

I attempted to buy a hot wheels toy car from this shop. As I was browsing through the toys, an extremely rude lady claimed she could “see what I was doing”, implying that I was attempting to steal. I was extremely insulted by this claim as I was innocently just trying to purchase a toy hot wheels car.
