The lady who helped me was knowledgeable on what I was asking about and helpful in finding what I wanted. Even bombarded with questions she handled it well. Even showed me which items were on sale.

I was looking for perfume for my girl friends birthday and got amazing customer service from Feonie. She was so helpful and made the process much easier than it could have been. She deserves a Pat on the back.

Had a really upsetting experience here today. I was with my sister and her 2 and 3 year old daughters. My sister was trying on a dress behind the Witchery counter in the change room's while I was looking after the two toddlers. They both wanted to be near their mother so we went into the change room's to wait. No one else was in there. One of the assisants came in and was so rude and unnecessarily nasty telling me we could not be in there. I'm sure all mother's who have 2 and 3 year olds that they can be clingy and want their mother's close by. This shop assistant was disgustingly rude. I always shop at DJ'S but never again.
