I have been looking for durable carpet for our home. We have a rather large home and required a lot of carpet so I knew it was going to be a big investment. Dwayne Brown from the flooring department looked after us so well. Over the last few days I have probably spent over an hour talking with him and he has completely educated me on the world of carpet. I feel like an expert now. When he came into our home, he knew exactly what our existing carpet was and he was able to share over 30 years of experience with me while remaining professional and genuine. Dwayne is an absolute asset to Harvey Norman and offered us an extremely competitive deal.

Great experience. This was the first store we went in to look for double size mattress and base. Sally Burgess looked after us. She showed us few different ones based on our budget. We went into another store and eventually came back to make the purchase. Sally was very courteous and helpful, didn't try to push us for a sale. We highly recommend to ask for her when you are in bedding section.

After having ongoing warranty problems with our Bradford lounge, we had the fortunate pleasure of being assisted by Carmen at your Penrith store.nnWell, (and after considerable effort from Carmen), our new lounges just got delivered and we would just like to thank and acknowledge her for all the work she did.nnWhat an absolute treasure of a person and a valued employee I would suspect.
