Good Quality stuff but staff was not helpful

Plenty of parking close to shop entrances Big W is a large store with plenty of stock Other stores in complex as well

Went school shopping and spent over $500 and the check out lady did not look like she wanted to be there to pack my shopping. She was in a very grumpy mood and looks annoyed more than happy that I spent my money in their shop. At the end of it I really wanted to tell her to put them all back because i was that unhappy with her customer service. I understand it was towards the end of the day and her feet probably hurts from standing too long but i just finished work myself. Need people with personality.

I love Big W. The range is good, staff friendly. Just wish they would open more checkouts
