TK Maxx Mount Druitt

Very very disappointed that I called TK Maxx three times to confirm prior to going into the store. I called Penrith TK Maxx and Mt Druitt.nnI explained that we've purchased a jumper last week, we discarded the receipt as it seemed all was well, we did a bulk shopping at the time and trusting TK Maxx sells quality garments. It appears the stitching has come off the front pocket of the jumper, the garment was worn once... it's deemed faulty. So I called and was advised yes, go in with a bank statement, they should be able to retrieve the transaction / receipt and be able to exchange / refund... Penrith (closest to me) advised I had to go to Mt Druitt because that's where we purchased the item.. yup I get it... so I've called and confirmed with Mt Druitt... so I plan to drop son off to footy training close to Mt Druitt TK Maxx and it's late night opening hours...I approach the counter and it's a different story... hence the photo... I have to email for a receipt... then go in, seriously I understand this is a process to email etc etc but I should've been told this in the first place, it's annoying!! having your staff not be on the same page... so the photo is for FYI if you need to retrieve a receipt...

I haven't been there yet, hopefully going tomorrow & I'm sure they'll be great too

Store is stocked, which is good as they had previously almost empty shelves. But even when I went back in the lights either weren't working or just not turned on but a corner of the store was dark and it was hard to see stock. But otherwise if you need winter clothes or shoes, tk maxx is a good place to go.

2 things I dislike about this store:n1- No variety of clothes for little boys, however, there are rows and rows of clothes for little girls but you will not find anything good for boys.n2- the clothing section for men especially the pants as well as the polos are very very hard to find. Staff always say they will stock up more but it never happens.

Have less choice for big ladies more sizes for petty ladies
