Harvey Norman Bondi Junction

I never feel like to leave any comments or reviews online but with the poor experience and customer service at Harvey Norman Bondi, I have to say something. The staff named Star and also the manager did not have any manners and extremely arrogant towards customers, they did not listen to customer and insist customer’s fault and customer should be responsible for everything. There was indeed no customer service at all. I have never seen anyone being so rude in a store like this, will never ever go shopping at any Harvey Norman stores.

Went to JB HiFi to buy a pair of Apple Earphones for my son ended up walking out, the most attention I got there was from the security guy at the door!!nWalked into Harvey Norman and the service was amazing straight away.nFrom the moment I approached thenCounter, a lovely guy told me what area to go to and organised for a staff member to help me. A lovely young girl called Ailleen helped me, explained everything about the difference in the prices, what the features were and offered me a warranty incase anything went wrong, and then took me over to the service area, I was very impressed. Jerry Harvey should be very happy with he’s Bondi Junction team. I won’t be going back to JB HiFi

I barely left review when I don't have a good experience with the provider or store. I just simply think that they might not having a good day.nHowever, after my experience with Harvey Norman over the phone today, I do think that their manger needs to know about this feedback.nIt takes you to talk to several people, at least 04 just for a simple information: their bank account details to pay for an invoice. Not to mention all the rude and unprofessional attitude towards the customer. One of them even asked me what I supply or sell, probably thinking I am trying to sell them something. I will not recommend this store to any people I know at all.

We bought most of our electronic appliances for our new apartment at Harvey Norman Moore Park or Domayne. But due to stock out item we went to Harvey Norman at Bondi Junction. Which we regret the most due to the poor customer service . The 2 staffs at the cashier we met today, don't have any manners and extremely arrogant towards customers, they did not listen to customer and insist customer’s fault. We just want to exchange the item we bought a day earlier which we realised it looks like not a brand new one and decided to go back. Surprised to hear just for exchanging with the same item they wanted us to pay AUD 20. Later the manager involved and asked us to pay AUD9 and ended the unworthy long argument.The staff was not gave us a right information that the item we bought was an older mode. That's why the packaging looking old and lousy. He said it was the same product yesterday. But if that the same product why he asked us to pay additional just to exchangenthe same item today? There was indeed no customer service at all! . I have never seen anyone being so rude at other Harvey Norman store. Very disappointed.

Went to the Bondi Junction store and asked for Bluetooth headphones compatible with my new Sony TV. First guy took a phone call and passed me onto someone else. Second guy without even asking me the model said there isn’t any!! Wow. Walked downstairs to JB HiFi, got great service and purchased a $400 set of headphones.
