We have been served twice by Tommy in electrical appliances who assisted us in our purchase of a fridge and washing machine.nOn both occasions, Tommy was super helpful and gave us a great deal. He recognised us the second time we came in and gave us a great welcome. He seemed to genuinely care about the suitability of the product to our needs. The delivery drivers for both products were brilliant too. Arriving at a good time and fitted both products in an extremely professional and friendly way. GO HARVEY NORMAN! and thanks Tommy!

Would give more stars if I could! Absolutely outstanding service from Ben in Bedding. Having spent over a decade in customer service I found myself very acutely analysing the words and actions of multiple salespeople over the last few days when helping mum shop for a new bed set (with quite specific needs).nBen was the only one to actually listen to mum’s checklist of needs, had a can-do attitude, was very positive, extremely knowledgeable, consistently checking in with manufacturers to see what modifications they could make, gave us the space to think about it all without being pushy, and most importantly negotiable on price! Mum is very very happy with the outcome of her purchase and we would both highly recommend to see Ben if you’re interested in a new bed. The manager In the computer/electronic department, Amos was wonderful today. Came in for a cricut machine and he was very helpful! Really enjoyed the demo by the rep as well. Was a great store, everyone was very friendly!

Went in to buy a 4K monitor. Very little care factor show by sales person, and dubious information about the monitor capabilities - no price negotiation. Lucky I gave up after the lackluster customer service. I went down the corridor to JBHIfi, got full attention of salesperson - any gaps in knowledge were acknowledged and looked up so I got full and accurate info. Also was $100 cheaper, walked out of there with a new monitor.
