While my wife, my younger son and I were wondering where could we buy a prepaid Opal Card to take the NSW bus, we saw the posted signages here. We also learned from the shopkeeper that the Sydney bus costed AUD4 per trip. So two Opal cards of AUD50 and one of AUD20 were to us on Saturday evening February 17, 2018!nnPostscriptnnWhen we first used our Opal cards on Sunday February 18, 2018, we observed that the tapping machines did not seem like to deduct money from our cards. When we investigated by surfing the web, we realized that the maximum charge on Sundays is just AUD2.6!
