Good customer service always, never forget to try upsell. Often highest petrol price in the area. Very disappointed today bought bread very stale.

I can always rely on this petrol station :) Though it isn't my normal petrol station I usually go to, whenever I pass this petrol station its never a let down. Last time i went there, they had the buckets of water to wash your windscreen with filled up with fresh soapy water and the air pump has never been broken in my experience- unlike other petrol stations!n:)

Absolutely awful customer service.nNo greeting, no conversation, nothing. Was much more interested with what was going on with his iPad, then got annoyed when i presented my flybuys card. Rather than place it back in my hand he chucked it back onto the counter. This isn't the only time either.nThere is only ever one person working at a time, so the staff are frequently busy packing shelves or out the back whilst I stand at the pump for 5 minutes until they can finally be bothered to activate it.nI can get my petrol anywhere, it's up to you to make me want to come back, and that is exactly what I wont be doing.

Awful staff. Didnt give me my correct change back so i lined up, waited a few minutes till everyone else had left and told her that she shortchanged me. She then accused me of stealing! Saying that i was only asking for more money to pocket it. Awfully rude and super embarrassing.
