I’ve purchased a Frypan on line which was on sale to pick it up from the Eastgardens store. The next day I’ve got a call from the store manager and I was told to contact Customer Services. The Customer Services representative told me that it would be delivered to my home address. After 3 days I was contacted by the store manager, who informed me that the order has been cancelled and if I want the Frypan, then I would have to re-order it and pay the new price.nDON’T BUY from the House store, Customer Service is terrible, and the store manager is not helpful at all.

Dear House, I would like to appreciate the excellent service one of your team member provided on Friday . As I approach the line for counter I notice the young gentlemen juggling an scenario, on the phone and serving on the 2nd computer. I have never seen anyone with such passion in his customers and to do all these all at once is unbelievable to see in any retail. He had great communication skills, and being polite not just to me but to those who we’re waiting. That after made the experience even better than I expected. I really appreciate his customers service. I’ll be telling my friends and family about my experience.
