The food is always great.nThe lady behind the counter is lovely.......but the gentleman is one of the most unfriendly people. He must be taught to at least great customer's with a basic good morning or afternoon......or just a hello.....instead of staring at you waiting for you to order.

Great coffee, always welcoming, and very clean

On the verge of an episode of kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsay. When we got in around 9am the tables were dirty despite having a couple of other customers. We cleaned our own table. The play area for the kids was on of the worst I have seen. Unkept and exceeding dirty. It was just loads of dirty toys dumped on the spot. Daughter got sick with the flu the very next day. Below average food. Bread on the bread roll was doughy. This shop would not last very long if it wasn’t strategically located next to the Public Pool. Never going back.

Botany Buzz is a nice place to stop for a coffee or to get some food. The owner Liza and the all staff are very friendly!!
