I paid $30 for two car wash but got only one wash. Went there today and punched my code it said invalid. The expiry date was still until 6th of May. Customer service told me already used but the last time I came for wash was when I paid for the ticket first time. I asked him to check the date when I used the ticket but there’s no way it can be checked. How convenient!!

Staff Syed was very rude in customer service today,I went to cash out,machine took my card and receipt but no money handed to me,when I asked him what happened,why I didnot get money cash out,he replied to me,” donot show me the attitude”,” Havenot you use the card before?” Tried to insult customer and no apology.Wirst customer service ever.

I’ve given up on this car wash for good. Last time I came I waited in a queue for over half an hour. Today would’ve been no different if I’d actually gone in, with 4 cars waiting @ 10min each. I just turned around and went home. Waste of time getting there. And the “up sell” top dollar wash adds no noticeable benefits to the base wash anyway, just sprays some extra useless soap on and makes the queue go slower. Plus every time I’ve gone here the wash quality has been substandard, doesn’t matter what wash program I use, the machine misses lots of crevices of the car and I have to finish it at home. Honestly, in the time you’ll sit here waiting in a queue you could do a far better job at home with a bucket of water.

Bought ticket for two car wash.. I did only one time. After one month I went again to wash my car. When I entered the code screen said invalid code. I asked the service provider and he said ticket already used twice. Literally robbery.. ud83dude11

Worst customer service ever. I worked almost 10 years for coles express.....sad to see such a pathetic and un enthusiastic service. I went there on saturday 23rd around 12 pm. The attendant didn't have a minimum courtesy , so rude! Management need to look into this.
