Just bought a pair of boots there, service was fantastic so much better than David Jones. I worked for David Jones in 70/80's when it was at its best and always looked on Grace Bros/Myers as the poor cousin. NOT anymore.....The service in David Jones now, not a patch on MYERS so who is the poor cousin now
Was lucky to find parking close to Myer. Really helpful staff with clear instructions on which level and exactly where click and collect was located. Staff were polite and greeted me with a genuine feel. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Really impressed with the attention to the customer!

A very accomodating staff show us where to find swimwear for my grandson with the best price. Just great.
Retail staff are easy to deal with, went their to exchange item i bought online.
