Good, large store

This Big W has a great range of clothes and shoes. There photo service is also great here and the staff are always happy and friendly. On the downside the stationery section is usually always empty and they don't have much of a range. The baking supplies are also limited here and again always empty.

Great range of tip stuff and a pretty good stock around here

Ratings 0 for BW, unhelpful managers and team members. Exchange policy is not helpful for customers atall, if u buy cash and lost receipt thats it no help from BW with exchange, thats it after today no more shopping at any B W. Probably my experience not gonna make any difference to BW team. but my shares in social medias will make customers understand howvunhelpful BW to their customers.
