Worst 711 store I have ever been to will not use a 711 again. Not even for a Slurpee.

Worst customer service. The manager there was very rude. Doesn’t want to refund even when you just went out to the car and come back. He is a real bully. Even threatened to call cops when we asked for refund. He is not supposed to be in customer service job.

No banana bread available .staff rude n overcharged me for coffee

Bought a coke. Which was flat, I asked the attendant if I could get a refund or exchange it. He said, “no, why would I do that? I would loose money”, I said to him that as a consumer I had a right for an exchange and refund. He said “I know the law and I don’t have to”.nnHe Cleary doesn’t know the Australian law about consumer rights.

Great servo. Lots of delish treats inside, including vegan Ben and Jerry's. Gentleman who served me was very polite and courteous, which was a nice change from a lot of other servo attendants. Would definitely go back to this particular 7 11. Thanks!
