Kmart Wetherill Park

Went to The new Kmart last week and was greeted with a warm smiling welcome by Carol . I needed some assistance as I couldn’t find an item my daughter needed for school which was on the website. I approached a staff member who looked like she didn’t want to be there and pointed to the direction where the item was ( it wasn’t there). So after more attempts to locate the item I decided to leave and go to big w instead. As I was leaving the lady at the door Carol (saw her name tag) asked if I had found everything I needed. I explained no one was helpful. Carol who initially greeted me with a friendly smile and warm welcome at the front of the store then proceeded to actually help! Although she had a small line up of people waiting for her, instead of ignoring them like other staff at this store do... she quickly told them she would be with them in a moment and proceeded to call a staff member down to the front of the store to help me. The lady at the register was also warm and friendly and asked if I needed a bag. Kmart management really need to step up their game and get rid of employees who walk around avoiding customers and get more people like Carol on the floor! Was going to give 1 star but Carol and the lovely lady at the register changed that to 5 stars.

Same quality... as always one thing it did stand up, the place look good and pretty Well organize.

They never have anything I need its ALWAYS sold out. Or just hasn't been re-stocked.nThe person who greets you is always lovely, the staff are always nice.... its an okay k-mart. Could be much better....

Love the space and extra room. It's also not too crowded. Shopping here was a joy.

Love having a Kmart available more locally. I think it's quite popular to the point there's limited stock. Would love to have more selection similar to the Casula branch but understand it may be smaller in size.nnWould give 5 stars for a bigger selection and stock.
