Terrible. Woeful. Staff completely useless. No wonder quality has fallen.... no one cares about their job there, that's for sure. Except the young man that greets customers. He's cool.

We had an issue with the website saying a price that wasn't coming until Thursday, although it had no information on the site whatsoever, although it was a good experience and staff was helpful with the issue.

Love the variety in here. Much better stock than the local Big W. Always my go-to point when I have to shop at Big W
