Shell Coles Express Northmead

This is my local petrol station. Haven’t been in a while, boy what a difference a couple of months makes, new staff, new “positive” and “helpful” attitude. Just wanted to say thanks, I’ve noticed and appreciate the changes....keep it up!

I went into this shop Monday morning. There was a lady there who was really friendly and knowledgeable. I asked about the different fuels and she explained everything really well. Good service.

Margaret personally has very pleasant manner and is always helpful and the is always clean and tidy.

Staff are so aggresive toward customers. The worst customer service experience ever!!!!!!

I went in and bought a coffee and orange muffin for breakfast. After leaving I accidentally dropped my coffee. The cashier let me have a free replacement. Thank You!
