Big petrol station with plenty of parking. Wide range of products from groceries to breakfast. Excellent options for healthy foods for breakfast, launch & quick bites.nNice and clean toilet facilities. Along with regular service station items like ice, gas, firewood they also stock soda stream refills. Excellent bunch of staffs are another plus point for this service station. Site has a click & collect outlet. Trading hours 6 am to midnight 7 days a week.
I went to go buy something and was charged a different amount. I told the staff member working on the counter and then she spoke to me with pure rudeness. No apology. I ended up lodging a complaint with coles and of course... nothing will happen. This place is known for its poor customer service. Just check its previous reviews.
I had a great experience one morning just before 8am as I work at Holsworthy. The server was Razia and she really made my day with her great customer service. I have also forwarded my comments to Coles express to relay to her. I hope she is recognised for her great work.
Prices are consistently 5-10% above what other petrol stations in the area are selling fuel for. Take the time to travel 2 minutes up the road and save yourself some money. There always seem to be a lot of staff in the shop, but mostly only have one register open,even in peak periods.
Large store. Great to pick up snacks and drinks before heading back on to the M5
