The team member Elias, who works on the weekend is simply AMAZING. Always smiling, helpful, knowledgable and smells great. Such a welcoming member, more staff should look up to Elias. My only negative is the management they never seem to be around and are quite condescending when speaking with them, same with their week day staff. So if you want to shop the weekend is your best bet.

On Friday, I went to buy a present and a balloon filled with helium gas to prepare for the birthday party. The woman who worked at the balloon corner treated me with a very rude expression and tone when I said hello and paid the balloons. And when I went to there to find the balloon again, she did pretend not seeing me , so I just took the balloon out by myself.nnThe staff didn't even pretend to know even if a customer came, she only did her own thing and I was so embarrassed.nWhat a customer service!!

One stop shop for many of the household items, kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, gardening, fitness, kids and what not. Families come together and go around all aisles to find their favourite item. Prices are affordable, gain everyday rewards points on your woolworths app, friendly staff with excellent customer service. Photo booths perhaps need an upgrade as once my photos were never transferred to the printer but i already paid, photo section guy didn't even bother to apologise or refund. Plenty of parking.

Nice clean store, good stock levels, made an online order at 2pm was ready for pickup that afternoon, thank you very much.
