Customer service rep unfortunately charged wrong item which was non-refundable and to my dismay was not apologetic and took no responsibility and did not offer any assistance to ameliorate the error. Staff did look tired which may had attributed to the error so a review of their safety and health management system may be required.nCorporate was prompt to respond to my query but like the store staff, took no action to address the issue, took no responsibility, no apology and ignored further correspondance.

Yes, this is a 7 Eleven BUT not your typical store. Every store, every manager has a particular way of serving customers. The manager and staff at this particular 7 Eleven are absolutely friendly, help, generous and kind. Been here multiple times and have had something unfortunate happen, but the staff are always onboard to offer a helping hand.

'Not Asian Friendly'. The cashier will be extra friendly to everyone except Asian. Happened to me quite a few times. The bloke will ignore me when I greet him or wish him good morning but will be so extra towards others, laughing and whatnot. If you're Asian avoid going to this 7E when the Indian hardcunt wannabe is there behind the counter.

Great service, coffee has a peculiar taste.

Friendly staff, always clean.
