Very friendly and helpful staffs.nA guy went above and beyond to explain about the sound bar I was interested. He also agreed to price match the product with another competitor. But later I cange my mind and decided to buy a home theatre. So had to cancel my decision to buy a sound bar.nAlso the lady in the counter was friendly and helpful. In overall it was nice experience visiting Harvey Norman Balgowlah. I would highly recommend to visit them. I believe they have more stocks compare to some other stores.

I had such a great experience buying my dinning table. They didn't have the stock at Balgowlah but everything was organised to come from another store and even better delivered to me 4 days before the day was promised. That's the experience we all are looking for. Thanks guys.

I would stay away from any outdoor furniture. Outdoor lounge failed within a year. The outdoor dining table had legs that weren't square. Had i changed over and the replacement had the same issue (gave up in the end). Obviously cheap rubbish manufacturer from O/S. To be fair, the indoor furniture (bed and dining setting) I bought was okay though. A bit turned off Harvey's furniture now though. Used to think they stocked quality furniture, by now I believe otherwise. Much cheaper places out there for furniture of similar quality.nAlso, the furniture turned up 1.5 months after the sales person indicated. Not a great experience.
