Normally very happy with the Captain's, have a great range of flowers at reasonable prices but was very disappointed when I placed an order and the wrong flowers were delivered (lillies instead of an assorted bouquet). I wrote them an email and received no reply or apology. Not happy at all.

Sophie and the team go above and beyond any needs you may have,, the are considerate and love to help, they have mastered the industry that they are in,, and actually do really care about your needs whether it be a happy birthday, wedding, or loss of a loved one, they are caring and sensitive to your needs,,, the flowers are first class with beautiful detail,, thank you for blessing me in a tough time when my head wasn't clear to think straight xxx

This is my “to go every day store”. They are so friendly, welcoming, and have almost everything we need.nBest coffee as well.

Their delivery is perfectly timed and flowers are fresh...nnI used them to deliver the flowers to my girl friend when i wasn't in the town and they managed to deliver on committed time.... staff is also helpful..nnKudos!!
