Best&Less Brookvale

Unhelpful staff with unpleasant manner, on the whole, though I visit weekends and perhaps it is a different crew. . Always looks a bit messier than other Best and Less I visit. Also, the layout is not as appealing. However, clothes are a decent quality at a good price.

I don't shop here very often. But I went in with a friend one day and bought a sleeveless summer top. Then weeks later I checked out their online shopping site. Bought some underwear and a long sleeve top, plus a winter nightie at very low prices. But had to return the 6 pair of briefs because their sizing was way smaller than Bonds brand of similar briefs. It was quite quick and easy to return those items and receive a credit back to my account. Lucky the store is conveniently located at southern end of Warringah Mall not far from the BigW store, same level for easy parking etc.

Well layed out and stocked. Though men's apparel appears an after thought.
