Best rice cooker available locally, if you’re not too fussed by the floral print. Cooks in 15 minutes and doesn’t burn your rice. Keeps your rice nice and fluffy. Took one star off for the floral print.

Bought a Samsung external SSD, using click and collect. I didn’t read the instructions fully and arrived too early. The man that served me was great, he found the item and I was on my way in 5 mins. Very nice about it too. I’ll use them again

Bing Lee Chatswood sells item online with 2 hours store pick up promise, only they don't have the item in stock. Staff member on the phone does not apologise, simply hangs up. It's extremely disappointing Bing Lee!

Really annoyed that I was the one that requested to purchase an item but the sales staff only spoke to and addressed my husband as if I wasn’t there. Please educate your staff to address both gender customers instead of just the male.

Rude staff who have absolutely do not know the definition of 'quality customer service'. Just shop at JB Hi-fi instead!nn1) Once went in with intent to purchase fridge/tv, the whole shebang for my new apartment. As I was negotiating pricing the rep suddenly sat down with his hands behind his head and began watching one of the TV's on display (??)nn2) Had to return a product (completely sealed & unopened & with receipt). The guy opened it to inspect and then had the audacity to go 'sorry we can't refund you as it was opened' (???)
