I was wondering through the kitchenware department and was approached by a delightful lady named Theresa.nnShe’s asked if I needed assistance and showed me numerous items and was extremely friendly and helpful.nnTo be honest it is the 1st time that I have had that or any kind of service at a major department store.nnIt was very refreshing.nnI’m hoping that Senior Management or David Jones Executives read these reviews because Theresa is a real credit to their team and I will definitely going back to make my purchase.nnThe only reason I didn’t today was that I have had meetings all afternoon and wouldn’t get back there today.nnThanks again Theresa ud83eudd42

Very Very Poor Level of Service . Wanted & Looking to purchase a StressLess Chair around A$2495-00.nWe were told someone would come.nWe waited & waited & waited... Help never came.nWe left without any assistance.nDAVID JONES YOUR STANDARD HAS DROPPED TREMENDOUSLY.

Went to mens wear, except for the lovely cashier desk lady I had absolutely no service from the staff manning the various different menswear counters.nAbsolutely no service or interest shown in trying to assist.nCountry Road staff when locatednkept disappearing.nCan see why David Jones are losing sales and customers.

I went to DJ's to buy some foundation as E.A. Had a gift with purchase?nI was surprised that not only did they not have one foundation they didn't have another I wanted. My satisfaction was 1/10

This DJs is very clean and well kept compared to some others I have been to, the staff are friendly and greet when you walk by them.
